Building on this foundational maxim from the ancient sages and on the spiritual-ethical pillars of life at Temple Beth Elohim, we are excited to announce a new opportunity for holistic engagement in Jewish thought and practice. Over the course of the year, Rabbi Or Rose, Director of the Center for Global Judaism at Hebrew College, will facilitate a number of study and discussion sessions dedicated to the theme of Spiritual Integration. In the context of this initiative, we will explore such matters as spontaneous and fixed prayer, text and context, and the relationship between acts of loving-kindness and Tikkun Olam.
